Delete Account
If you no longer wish to use PropNetwork, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Important Warning
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your properties, chats, followers, reels, and profile information will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the PropNetwork mobile app:
- Open the PropNetwork App and log into your account.
- Navigate to your Profile tab.
- Tap on the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap on Delete Account at the bottom of the list.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.
How to Request Account Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:
- Send an email to admin@firstadsdigital.com from the email address registered with your PropNetwork account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered Phone Number and Username in the body of the email.
Our team will process your request within 7-14 business days and notify you once the deletion is complete.
What happens to your data?
- Personal Info: Your name, email, phone number, and profile details will be deleted.
- Content: All your active property listings, photos, and video reels will be removed from the platform.
- Communications: Your chat history will be deleted from your side. (Note: messages you have already sent to other users may still be visible in their chat history).
- Data Retention: We may retain certain transactional data (such as records of financial transactions or moderation actions) for a limited time if required by law or for legitimate business compliance.
